On The Outside Looking In

I just got off of my Facebook site.  While looking through the posts, noticed that a friend had posted a list of large corporations who are hiring felons.  I sent a note back, "wow."  I agree that felons need to be hired, BUT ONLY AFTER EVERY LAW ABIDING LEGAL AMERICAN OF EVERY RACE IN NEED OF A JOB HAS HIT THE EMPLOYMENT ROLLS!
