Charleston: Obama DOJ Fast tracks Payout of Over $3.2 Million per Each Victim Family     On the late afternoon of Friday June 19 the Obama Justice Department led by new Attorney General Loretta Lynch announced it will “fast track” $29 million to victim families of the June 17 shooting at the Emmanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, South Carolina, Reuters reports. The exorbitant payout amounts to over$3.2 million per family.   How much is going to family of Kathryn Steinle? Nothing, Nada. To the Chattanooga Servicemen families? Zippo, Zilch, Zero from this mysterious government "fund".  So like it or not, we are paying $29,000,000 to these people and the only reason I can see is that they are black.
